The Department of Immunology is located on the 8th floor in the Faculty building of the Erasmus MC. Visitors are requested to check in with the Secretarial Office in room 828 on that floor.

The easiest way to get to the Erasmus MC is by using public transport (tram, bus or subway).

Using the subway

From Rotterdam Central Station and Station 'Hofplein'
  • Take the subway in the direction of 'Hoogvliet' or 'Slinge' (the line is called 'Erasmuslijn')
  • At the 2nd stop ('Beurs') transfer to the subway in the direction of 'Schiedam' (the line is called 'Calandlijn')
  • Get out at the 2nd stop ('Dijkzigt')
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (100 meters)
From station 'Capelsebrug'
  • Take the subway in the direction of 'Schiedam Centrum/Spijkenisse' (the line is called 'Calandlijn')
  • Get out at the 8th stop ('Dijkzigt')
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (100 meters)
From station 'Kralingse Zoom'
  • Take the subway in the direction of 'Schiedam Centrum/Spijkenisse' (the line is called 'Calandlijn')

From station 'Slinge'
  • Take the subway in the direction of 'Central Station' (the line is called 'Erasmusline')
  • At the 6th stop ('Beurs') transfer to the subway in the direction of 'Schiedam Centrum/Spijkenisse' (this line is called 'Calandlijn')
  • Get out at the 2nd stop ('Dijkzigt')
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (100 meters)
From station 'Blaak'
  • Take the subway in the direction of 'Schiedam Centrum/Spijkenisse' (the line is called 'Calandlijn')
  • Get out at the 3rd stop ('Dijkzigt')
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (100 meters)
From station 'Zuidplein'
  • Take the subway in the direction of 'Central Station' (the line is called 'Erasmusline')
  • At the 5th stop ('Beurs') transfer to the subway in the direction of 'Schiedam Centrum/Spijkenisse' (the so-called 'Calandlijn')
  • Get out at the 2nd stop ('Dijkzigt')
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (100 meters)
Using the tram
From Central Station
  • Take tram 8 in the direction of 'Spangen'
  • Get out at the tramstop called 'Westzeedijk'
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (500 meters)
From station 'Hofplein'
  • Take tram 8 in the direction of 'Spangen'
  • Get out at the tramstop called 'Erasmus MC'
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (500 meters)
From station 'Kralingse Zoom'
  • Take tram 8 in the direction of 'Spangen'
  • Get out at the tramstop called 'Erasmus MC'

From station 'Blaak'
    Take tram 1 in the direction of 'Schiedam Woudhoek'
  • At the 7th stop ('1e Middellandstraat') transfer to tram 8 in the direction of 'Spangen'
  • Get out at the tramstop called 'Erasmus MC'
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (500 meters)

  • Take tram 3 or 13 in the direction of 'Blijdorp Diergaarde (the Zoo)/Central Station'
  • At the 3rd stop ('Kruisplein') transfer to tram 8 in the direction of 'Spangen'
  • Get out at the tramstop called 'Erasmus MC'
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (500 meters)
Using the bus
From Central Station
  • take bus 33 in the direction of Rotterdam Airport
  • at the 2nd stop ('Statenweg') transfer to bus 44 in the direction of 'Zuidplein Metrostation'
  • get out at the 6th stop ('Erasmus MC')
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (100 meters)
From station 'Hofplein'
    take at busstop 'Heer Bokelweg' bus 45 in the direction of Central Station
  • at the 2nd stop ('Central Station') transfer to bus 33 in the direction of Rotterdam Airport
  • at the 2nd stop ('Statenweg') transfer to bus 44 in the direction of 'Zuidplein Metrostation'
  • get out at the 6th stop ('Erasmus MC')
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (100 meters)
From station Blaak
  • take bus 32 in the direction of 'Schiedam Centrum'
  • at the 3rd stop ('Mathenesserlaan') transfer to bus 44 in the direction of 'Zuidplein'
  • get out at the 2nd stop ('Erasmus MC')
  • From here the Faculty can be reached on foot (100 meters)
From station Zuidplein
  • take bus 44 in the direction of 'Station Noord'
  • get out at the 7th stop ('Erasmus MC')
